Another Great Install By Quality First Home Improvement Inc.

Dear Gerry,
I want to commend the crew of Tim, Jerry, and Anthony on their installation of the windows in our house on September 9, 2011.
They did an excellent job of installing all the windows in one day. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. It was a pleasure to watch them work. They answered all of my ques-tions on how to clean and maintain the windows, so that I can keep the windows looking like new.
I would recommend Quality First Home Improvement Inc. to anyone who asks for a reference. I have been telling my friends and neighbors how pleased I am with the installation of the windows. An hour after all the windows had been in-stalled; my neighbor across the street told me how nice the windows looked. When I told her that the entire house had been done that very day, she said, "They look awesome!" This week I had another neighbor tell me that he liked the way that one of the front windows was done with a sash on the top and small panes on the bottom.
I also want to commend Jordan Kee, Project Coordinator, for his suggestion of the configuration for the front room win-dows and the sliding glass doors in the family room. Those two rooms look so much better due to his design suggestions. The windows not only look better, but they are much more efficient in ventilating the rooms.

Jesse: I am writing this letter to let you know how delighted we are with the improvements you suggested and we purchased from your company. Bill has always been one to think ahead of the times for us. I have a cute story to prove this fact. The very day our son James, (which was the last of our three children to leave home to get married) moved into his own home, Bill had a representative from Mount Vernon Mortuary come to our house so we could plan and pay for our funerals and burials. We were 43 and 45 years old at the time (22 years ago), but he insisted we could not leave this for our children to worry and fret about later. Well, in June of 2011 a sales rep from your firm came to the door and told us about your company and set up an appointment with you. Bill said to me, "we need to think of some ways to save on energy as our retirement income is going to keep shrinking". You suggested that we install a whole house fan, new insulation in the attic, and 5 solar panels to be installed on top of the family room. We took your advise and everything was completed August 2, 2011. We had to wait for an appointment with our electric company (SMUD) to approve the work and start up the solar meter which happened the end of August. Now, the reason for our letter. We are pleased to report to you that our SMUD bill for the month of September 2011 was $8.64 which is $.30 a day. Last year we paid $4.66 a day for the same number of days. Our SMUD bill for the month of October 2011 was $8.35. Everything you told us is even better than we thought it would be.
